Contact
support@inkpayapp.comInclude your INK ID and, for billing questions, the email on your Stripe receipt. Screenshots help. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or verification codes by email; we will never ask for them.
- Your INK ID and account
- Reserving an INK ID is free and each name is claimed once. If you cannot sign in, did not receive a verification code, or need to change the mobile number on your account, email us from the address you signed up with.
- SuperPass and billing
- SuperPass, when offered, is billed securely through Stripe; we never see your card details. To cancel or change your plan, use your account settings prior to your next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing; the current period runs out, rewards already credited are unaffected, and you keep your INK ID and your connections on the Free tier. Full detail is in the Terms.
- Invites and referral codes
- Your invite link is your INK ID: inkpayapp.com/yourinkid. If someone joined through your link but is not showing as a connection, send us both INK IDs and the approximate date they signed up.
- Card, payment, and reward features
- These are coming soon and subject to eligibility, approval, partner bank requirements, and final program terms. INKPAY is not a bank. We cannot yet answer questions about card issuance dates, rates, or payouts beyond what is published on the site.
- Your data
- To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and reservation, email us with the subject line Data request. Details of what we collect and why are in the Privacy Policy.
Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability? Email support@inkpayapp.com with Security report in the subject. We read these first, and we ask that you give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before sharing it publicly.
